DOES MY INSURANCE COVER MY SERVICES?
Once appointment is schedule provide insurance info and we will call to make sure your services are covered.
DO YOU OFFER AFTER HOUR SERVICES?
I do not offer after hours. However, I do offer flexible times during the week., If you have any question o concerns - contact. me.
DO YOU OFFER LOW COST OR PRO BONO SERVICES?
At this time, I do not offer pro bono services. You are welcome to explore insurances plans with Medicaid.

HOW DO I COMPLETED PAPERWORK?
All your paperwork is completed through your client portal.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY COPAYMENT?
You will complete a payment authorization form in your client portal. Your therapist will charge card after session and provide you with a statement, per request.
